The Wedding Ring, Inc. is dedicated to provided a hassle-free service to local brides. In order to do this, we want to keep your personal information and privacy safe. We will only use any personal information about you as described below. Information on our privacy policy may change but this will be reflected by our privacy policy's effective date.

Any purchases through The Wedding Ring, Inc. should be made by adults 18 and over.

The Wedding Ring Inc. will, on occasion, collect personal information from you such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number and age, as well as information about your wedding such as date, location, etc.

Purpose and use of information collected

When you visit our site, general information is collected about you without identifying any of your personal information such as name, email address, phone number, etc. This data is used to better determine and understand our traffic numbers and visitor group in order to tailor our website to this specific demographic and their interests.

Any information collected (personal, information about your wedding, or otherwise) will be used for demographic purposes, as well as for entries in contests, polls and surveys.

Information will also be collected from you when signing up for The Wedding Ring, Inc.'s email newsletter which is mailed out, normally on a monthly basis, with links on updated or new information on our website. An option to unsubscribe to this newsletter is available on every newsletter.

We will never sell your personal information to anyone for any reason.

We may provide information about traffic on our site, and demographics of our visitors to our featured vendors and/or sponsors, or to potential visitors or vendors and/or sponsors through advertising. This will never include any personal information about you, but rather only general statistics on the type and number of visitors to our website.

Bridal Chat: forums, message boards

Our Bridal Chat is a message board and forum for local brides to connect, discuss and help each other, as well as attain advice from our reviewed experts. Please keep in mind that any personal or other information you post on these message boards becomes public information for anyone else to read. You should exercise caution when posting any type of personal information.

Online Store

Your complete privacy is assured when you place an online, phone, or fax order. We do not keep or share any credit records with any company or person, except for Wedding Ring Inc. and the InternetSecure.com secure ordering system.

We collect your certain personal information about you in order to ship your order to you correctly and to contact you about your order. If you ever wish us to delete your personal information from our system or have any questions about your information or our privacy policies please send an email to our Privacy Officer at privacy@theweddingring.ca.
